Andorran Onion Salad with Honey
(Preparation time: 10 minutes)
- 3 red onions finely chopped
- black olives
For the salad dressing:
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- pepper
- salt
- olive oil
- vinegar
Mix together into a small bowl or jug honey, olive oil, salt, pepper to make the salad
dressing.
Pour over the onions and toss well. Let it marinate for 1 hour and add olives.
