The link goes to a site which redirects to a Parisian cookbook advert :) .
However, the Kletzenbrot link is just hiding: after a search, it's been moved to
http://www.globalgourmet.com/food/egg/egg1296/kletzenb.html
But there are other Austrian recipes there, too, so maybe it should be a wider link.
