Hunting the elusive Bulgarian turkey recipe: null result

Thanks for your request. Unfortunately we don't email recipes: we only post them here on the site. You will need to revisit occasionally to see if something has turned up, or someone has posted something in one of the forums. If you register with the site, the system will notify you by email when this happens.

Meanwhile, I did some digging around in my Bulgarian cookbooks, but the only thing I can find is a recipe for chicken stuffed with rice, almonds and hazelnuts, and various fruits. There were no mentions of stuffings containing cabbage that I could find (and also, not many recipes for stuffed turkey, either).

Are you sure the recipe was Bulgarian?
