Estonia

The first of a series of Estonian recipes to be posted on our site:

Thanks to nattie, who alerted us to the fact that The Baltic Cook Book website at The Baltics Worldwide has vanished. (The old URL, http://www.balticsww.com/cookbook.htm, now redirects to a new website called CityPaper.) This is unfortunate, since it was probably the best online source for recipes from all the Baltic countries. We're trying to find out whether it may ever be moved somewhere else, and if not, whether it'll be possible to salvage some of the recipes and give them a new home here.

Baltic Cook Book

Unfortunately, it looks like the link for the Baltic Cook Book has now gone missing, and the website it was on has been replaced by the Baltic Times, a newspaper. (BTW, feel free to take this comment down once you've seen it - I'm just commenting in lieu of mail.)
