Can I make soda bread with just milk?

Yes, you can! Visit our Soda Bread With No Buttermilk page for more info. (You just have to help the rising process along a little by adding baking powder to the recipe. The baking powder provides the acidity that the baking soda needs to make the bread rise. Check the No Buttermilk page for details.)
