Help with Latvian recipe names seriously appreciated!

The recipes originally came from Please to the Table, an older cookbook dating back to USSR times, and unfortunately all the recipes in it have been given Russian names regardless of regional preferences or local languages. :p

I'd appreciate it if, as new recipes go up, you and other Latvian readers would keep me up to date as to the proper names in Latvian.

In Latvian they are:

Ābolu pankūkas
Kartupeļu zupa ar sēnēm
