We're settling our site into its new look for 2008...

We'll be doing minor tweaking to the menu structures and other such "infrastructure" features over the next few days, but this won't interfere with the basic availability of content. Additionally, we've now enabled comments for nonregistered members (these comments are moderated for the time being).
