There is a much older Georgia...
The original Georgia is located on the borders of eastern Europe. Its history stretches back some four thousand years. In more recent times Georgia was formerly part of the Soviet Union, but it became independent in 1991. You can read more about the country at its Wikipedia entry.
Georgian cuisine is unique, and we hope to be getting our hands on some Georgian recipes soon.
