We'll be adding a conversion page shortly
Thanks for your note. We're working on the conversion page now.
However, please bear in mind that a lot of our recipes come from European sources, and since Europeans tend to handle dry ingredients by weight rather than volume (as North Americans do), many recipes have not been converted. Those that come from US or Canadian sources (and sometimes from British and Irish ones) may use both systems, and may also give weights in both metric and Imperial measurements.
Since it would take an incredible amount of time to convert all our recipes, we strongly suggest that people getting interested in cooking from European recipes should try to acquire a scale that weighs in both ounces and grams. Fortunately these are becoming pretty inexpensive through catalog stores and so on.
Thanks again!
