1 3/4 lb Small new potatoes
4 Cloves garlic
4 oz Streaky bacon, chopped
4 Sprigs thyme
4 Sprigs rosemary
3 tb Olive oil
Scrub the potatoes well. Place the potatoes, garlic, bacon and herbs
in a roasting pan and toss with oil. Roast in a preheated oven (220C
/ 425F) for 20-30 minutes. Drain oil and sprinkle with coarse salt.
